Asam & Co. Perfumers ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use asamandcoperfumes.com or place an order with us, how we use it, and who we share it with.

We collect information directly from you, and a small amount automatically as you browse.
- Order details — name, email, phone number, and shipping address, when you check out.
- Account details — your email address (for one-time sign-in codes), saved addresses, and your order history, if you create an account.
- Contact & enquiry details — name, email, phone number, and your message, when you use our contact form or wholesale/export enquiry form.
- Reviews — your name, star rating, and review text, if you review a product you've bought from us.
- Usage information — pages viewed and general browsing activity on our site, collected automatically to help us understand what's working. Your IP address is one-way hashed before it's stored — we don't keep it in a readable form.
- Payment information — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payment is entered directly into our payment partner Razorpay's own secure checkout.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, pack, ship, and deliver your order.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to support requests.
- To let you sign in, view past orders, and manage saved addresses.
- To respond to enquiries made through our contact or wholesale forms.
- To improve our site and product range.
- To show and measure the performance of our ads — we use, or are in the process of setting up, tools such as Meta (Facebook/ Instagram) and Google to do this. These tools may set their own cookies on your device, governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Who We Share Your Information With
We share the minimum information necessary with the following partners to run our business — we do not sell your personal information to anyone:
- Razorpay — to process payments securely.
- Shipmozo and the courier partner they assign your order to — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Fast2SMS — only if/when phone-based sign-in is enabled, to deliver your one-time code by SMS.
- Meta and Google — limited, generally pseudonymous data for ad delivery and measurement, once our ad tracking is configured.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data Retention
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations.
Your Choices
- You can view and update your saved details from your Account page.
- You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data by emailing us — see Contact Us below.
- You can opt out of ad tracking using your browser's cookie controls or the ad platform's own settings.
Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 18.
