Where We Ship
Retail orders placed through our checkout currently ship within India. For international retail or export shipments, please reach out through our wholesale & export form or WhatsApp so we can confirm shipping options to your destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods or for made-to-order items, this can take a little longer — we'll let you know if that's the case for your order.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Partners
We ship through Shipmozo's courier network, which assigns your order to one of several courier partners based on serviceability to your pincode.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹2,000.
- A flat ₹150 shipping charge applies to orders under ₹2,000.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it from your Account page, or look it up directly at Track Your Order using your order number and email.
Delays
Occasionally, weather, courier disruptions, or address issues can delay delivery beyond the estimate above. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens to your order.
