These terms govern your use of asamandcoperfumes.com and any order you place with Asam & Co. Perfumers ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
About Us
Asam & Co. Perfumers has distilled traditional attars and essential oils by the Deg-Bhapka copper-still method since 1912, and is based at GT Rd, Makrand Nagar, Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order with us. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian place the order on your behalf.
Products & Pricing
- Our attars and oils are handcrafted in small batches — minor variation in colour or scent intensity between batches is natural, not a defect.
- Product images are representative; actual packaging may vary slightly.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels accurate, but an item can occasionally sell out between browsing and checkout — we'll contact you if anything in your order can't be fulfilled.
Orders & Payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment is received (or, for pay-on-confirmation orders, once we've confirmed details with you).
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or placed in error.

Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in code confidential and for the accuracy of the details you save to it.
Reviews & Other Content You Submit
Reviews are open to verified buyers of the product being reviewed. By submitting a review, you confirm it's your honest opinion, that you won't post anything unlawful, defamatory, or abusive, and you give us permission to display it on our site. We may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.
Wholesale & Export
Bulk, wholesale, and export orders placed through our wholesale & export enquiry form are confirmed individually and may carry separate terms (minimum order quantity, payment, and shipping terms) agreed directly with you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photography, logos, and design — belongs to Asam & Co. Perfumers or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or an order, beyond the value of the order itself, except where liability can't be limited under Indian law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh.
